All products are also inspected upon arrival to our shop to ensure authenticity and quality. 

3. How can I be sure of the condition of the products?

Before listing any product, we thoroughly inspect it to ensure it is in excellent condition. We provide detailed descriptions and high-quality images so you can see the product's condition for yourself. Please read the description and review the photos provided closely to assess each item's condition.

4. Do you offer any warranties or guarantees?

Due to the unique sourcing nature of vintage and pre-loved luxury goods returns are not permitted. Please contact us for any questions you have before your purchase so that we may ensure your satisfaction. Should you have a concern about your order after receiving it please contact us so that we may assess a remedy to the concern. Detailed photos are taken of each item to avoid all types of fraud.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
